SSG Training have over 10 years’ experience of working with funding organisations, local authority and referring agencies to develop fit for purpose bespoke employability training packages for young people and adults to meet the ever evolving landscape of the jobs market, unemployment profile and funding requirements.
We understand that any employability based programme can be a very difficult balance to strike between meeting requirements of a variety of different stakeholders including the participant, the referral agencies, the funders and the employers. This complex makeup of stakeholders makes the design of any bespoke programme a difficult process that requires a deep rooted understanding of each stakeholders requirements.
We are appreciative of the needs and requirements to meet KPI’s of referral and funding organisations for such projects, and as such ensure that these are embedded firmly into the delivery platform as well as tightly controlled via our data information team.
We combine this understanding with our dynamic approach to designing training packages to ensure that we are able to engage successfully with all cross sections of the unemployment market and maintain high retainment figures for participants taking part on in these programmes.
Our programmes link directly with the real world and use real employers as the central focus of many of our programmes to ensure that the experience is in line with employer’s requirements and thus maximising the potential for successful progression into employment for participants.
We have a designated learner engagement team and business engagement team that work alongside all of our programmes to maintain a focus on the individual participant at all times. These teams ensure that recruitment and enrolment on to the programme as well as positive progression after the programme are in line with our own high expectations as well as those set by stakeholder organisations.
SSG have worked with a host of local authorities, Job Centres and Funding Management Organisations to develop and deliver programmes over the last 10 years and have worked with over 3000 participants to support them move closer to the jobs market within that time. We have been delighted with the Industry Challenge programme that has been designed by SSG’s team and delivered to meet the needs of a specific group of over 50 young people within Bedford Borough.
